About
CH Faul was established in Invercargill in 1949 by Clive Faul, a renowned heating engineer involved in landmark buildings such as Olveston mansion and many Southland / Otago schools & hospitals. CH Faul has continued to faithfully serve the Southland community through Clive's sons, Jack and Murray Faul, then through Jack’s sons, John and Peter.
CH Faul continues to faithfully serve the Southland community since it became a branch of Aquaheat Facility Services in 2022, owned by Trust Horizon - a New Zealand Community Trust operating for 70+ years.
John Faul retired in May 2026, handing over the reins to a fellow Southlander who proudly continues the tradition with local leadership - Sean Rooney.
Sean is ensuring CH Faul continues to grow and be the trusted provider of residential and commercial building services to the Southland community.
